Free shipping is available for mainland UK customers on all orders over £50. A discounted rate is applied for customers living in other areas.
Return shipping expenses are not included in our coverage; however, we offer the option to arrange a pickup if necessary, with the pickup cost being subtracted from your refund. In instances where your order has a defect, we might either organize a pickup or supply a return shipping label at our expense.
Orders received before 3:30pm are typically dispatched on the same day. We routinely send all mainland UK orders using a next-day courier
