Our DIY Builders Kit is the ideal starting point for riders who want the satisfaction of building their own off-road sidecar, but with the confidence that the most critical fabrication work has been done to professional standards.
You send us your KTM frame and subframe, and we handle the rest. The process begins with a full sandblast to strip the frame back to bare metal, ensuring a clean foundation for modification. We then open up the crosshead area to install hidden internal strengthening before carefully intersecting the new sidecar chassis into the frame. Every measurement is triple-checked to guarantee precise alignment, and welding is carried out in a controlled, strategic sequence to avoid distortion. Additional plating is added around the crosshead for extra durability, and any final corrections are made using thermal straightening.
When your frame returns to you, it will be seamlessly integrated with a bare (un powder coated) sidecar chassis, complete with front forks, cradle, and sidecar swing arm and pin, ready for you to finish in your own style.
