Our Ready To Roll Kit is great for those who want peace of mind knowing the suspension is taken care of, after nearly 8 years of development we have perfected the ideal shock lengths and stroke for the best performance 

You send us your KTM frame, subframe, swingarm and header, we handle the rest. The process begins with a full sandblast to strip the frame back to bare metal, ensuring a clean foundation for modification. We then open up the crosshead area to install hidden internal strengthening before carefully intersecting the new sidecar chassis into the frame. Every measurement is triple-checked to guarantee precise alignment, and welding is carried out in a controlled, strategic sequence to avoid distortion. Additional plating is added around the crosshead for extra durability, and any final corrections are made using thermal straightening.

Your standard KTM swing arm is bead blasted around the extension area to clean up the surface and remove as much dirt and grease as possible. It is then precisely measured and cut, the swing arm and CNC milled extension blocks are then preheated in an oven before they are meticulously tig welded together. The swing arm is then placed in the oven and allowed to cool slowly to help dissipate as much internal stress as possible,

When your frame returns to you, it will be a seamlessly integrated sidecar chassis, complete with every possible part you could need in order to complete your build (Your original donor bikes engine, electronics and so on will need to be reinstalled)
